This is a plain-language summary of our Terms of Use. The full legal terms follow below. If there's ever a conflict between this summary and the full terms, the full terms apply.

  • You have to be 13 or older to use Get-Rucked. Under 18 needs a parent or guardian's permission.
  • Your account is your responsibility. Keep your password secure and let us know immediately if something looks wrong.
  • Get-Rucked is a fitness tracker, not a doctor. Talk to a healthcare professional before starting a new fitness program.
  • GPS data is an estimate. Don't rely on it for navigation in remote or dangerous areas.
  • Play fair. Don't cheat, harass other users, or try to break the app.
  • Your data is yours. We store it to run the service. We don't sell it or claim ownership of it.
  • Community rules apply in group chats. Be respectful. Violations can result in removal.
  • If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll tell you and ask for your agreement — not assume it because you kept using the app.
  • Washington State law governs these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Get-Rucked mobile application or web dashboard at get-rucked.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Get-Rucked. These terms are provided by Evergreen-Odyssey LLC, the developer and operator of Get-Rucked.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Get-Rucked. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent before using the app.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@get-rucked.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Get-Rucked is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical device or service.

The information provided by Get-Rucked — including distance, calories, heart rate, and pace — is for personal tracking and informational purposes only. It is not intended to constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Before beginning any new physical activity program, consult with a qualified healthcare professional, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions. Evergreen-Odyssey LLC is not responsible for any injury, health event, or adverse outcome resulting from physical activity undertaken while using Get-Rucked.

5. GPS and Location Accuracy

GPS tracking accuracy depends on device hardware, environmental conditions, and signal availability. Distance, pace, and route data are estimates and may not be 100% accurate. Do not rely on Get-Rucked for navigation in remote or hazardous areas.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
  • Use Get-Rucked for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
  • Manipulate, falsify, or misrepresent fitness data on leaderboards or group features
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users through any community features
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app
  • Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or infrastructure

7. User Content

Any content you submit through Get-Rucked — including session notes, profile information, and group content — remains your property. By submitting content, you grant Evergreen-Odyssey LLC a non-exclusive license to use, display, and store that content as necessary to operate the service. We do not claim ownership of your fitness data.

8. Community Chat Rules

Get-Rucked includes group chat features that allow users to communicate with other members. By using these features, you agree to the following standards:
  • Do not post content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or hateful toward any person or group
  • Do not share personal information (addresses, phone numbers, financial data) of yourself or others
  • Do not post spam, advertisements, or promotional content unrelated to fitness and rucking
  • Do not post sexually explicit, graphically violent, or otherwise offensive content
  • Do not impersonate other users, public figures, or Evergreen-Odyssey LLC staff
  • Keep discussions relevant to fitness, rucking, and the Get-Rucked community
Violations of these rules may result in message removal, account suspension, or permanent termination at our discretion without prior notice.

9. Content Moderation

Evergreen-Odyssey LLC administrators have access to all group chat messages, not only those that have been reported, and reserve the right to review, remove, or hide any user-generated content that violates these Terms at any time without notice. We are not obligated to monitor all content but will act on reported violations in good faith.

Users may report messages they believe violate these Terms using the report feature. Reports are reviewed by Evergreen-Odyssey LLC administrators. Filing false or malicious reports is itself a violation of these Terms. Currently, only an Evergreen-Odyssey LLC administrator can remove a message — group members cannot delete their own or another member's messages.

We are not liable for any user-generated content posted by third parties. The presence of content on Get-Rucked does not imply our endorsement or approval of that content.

10. Intellectual Property

The Get-Rucked name, logo, app design, and all associated content are the property of Evergreen-Odyssey LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of Get-Rucked without our express written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

Get-Rucked uses third-party services including Supabase (data storage) and Mapbox (mapping). Your use of these features is also subject to those providers' terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evergreen-Odyssey LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Get-Rucked, including but not limited to personal injury, data loss, or service interruptions. Get-Rucked is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Use. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

Minor changes — such as clarifications, typo corrections, or updates to contact information — will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Get-Rucked after minor changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those updates.

Material changes — including changes that affect your rights, data handling, subscription terms, dispute resolution, or any other significant aspect of your relationship with Evergreen-Odyssey LLC — require your affirmative consent. We will notify you of material changes through the app and, where possible, by email, before the changes take effect. You will be asked to review and actively agree to the updated terms before continuing to use Get-Rucked. If you do not agree to a material change, you may close your account by contacting us at support@get-rucked.com. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy upon account closure.

Required changes — where a material change is mandated by a third-party platform requirement, legal obligation, or regulatory compliance need that does not allow advance notice, we will implement the change immediately and notify you as soon as reasonably possible. In these cases, continued use of Get-Rucked constitutes acceptance of the required change.

We will never treat your silence or continued use of the app alone as consent to a material change in these terms, except where a required change as described above applies.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
