Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using the Get-Rucked mobile application or web dashboard at get-rucked.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Get-Rucked. These terms are provided by Evergreen Odyssey, the developer and operator of Get-Rucked.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Get-Rucked. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent before using the app.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at evergreenodysseymedia@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Get-Rucked is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical device or service.

The information provided by Get-Rucked — including distance, calories, heart rate, and pace — is for personal tracking and informational purposes only. It is not intended to constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Before beginning any new physical activity program, consult with a qualified healthcare professional, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions. Evergreen Odyssey is not responsible for any injury, health event, or adverse outcome resulting from physical activity undertaken while using Get-Rucked.

GPS tracking accuracy depends on device hardware, environmental conditions, and signal availability. Distance, pace, and route data are estimates and may not be 100% accurate. Do not rely on Get-Rucked for navigation in remote or hazardous areas.

You agree not to:

• Use Get-Rucked for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
• Manipulate, falsify, or misrepresent fitness data on leaderboards or group features
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users through any community features
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app
• Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or infrastructure

Any content you submit through Get-Rucked — including session notes, profile information, and group content — remains your property. By submitting content, you grant Evergreen Odyssey a non-exclusive license to use, display, and store that content as necessary to operate the service. We do not claim ownership of your fitness data.

Get-Rucked includes group chat features that allow users to communicate with other members. By using these features, you agree to the following standards:

• Do not post content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or hateful toward any person or group
• Do not share personal information (addresses, phone numbers, financial data) of yourself or others
• Do not post spam, advertisements, or promotional content unrelated to fitness and rucking
• Do not post sexually explicit, graphically violent, or otherwise offensive content
• Do not impersonate other users, public figures, or Evergreen Odyssey staff
• Keep discussions relevant to fitness, rucking, and the Get-Rucked community

Violations of these rules may result in message removal, account suspension, or permanent termination at our discretion without prior notice.

Evergreen Odyssey reserves the right to review, remove, or hide any user-generated content that violates these Terms at any time without notice. We are not obligated to monitor all content but will act on reported violations in good faith.

Users may report messages they believe violate these Terms using the report feature within the app. Reports are reviewed by Evergreen Odyssey administrators. Filing false or malicious reports is itself a violation of these Terms.

We are not liable for any user-generated content posted by third parties. The presence of content on Get-Rucked does not imply our endorsement or approval of that content.

The Get-Rucked name, logo, app design, and all associated content are the property of Evergreen Odyssey. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of Get-Rucked without our express written permission.

Get-Rucked uses third-party services including Supabase (data storage) and Mapbox (mapping). Your use of these features is also subject to those providers' terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evergreen Odyssey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Get-Rucked, including but not limited to personal injury, data loss, or service interruptions. Get-Rucked is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Use. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of Get-Rucked after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
